Product Introduction

The FRINGE benchtop X-ray diffractometer directs the X-ray beam through the Soller slit and the divergence slit onto the sample. With the sample stage positioned at the center of the goniometer, the system operates in reflection geometry (θs–θd). When the X-ray beam meets Bragg's law, diffraction occurs in specific directions. The diffracted beam then passes through the anti-scatter slit, Soller slit, and receiving slit before reaching the X-ray detector. Finally, the data processing system displays the collected diffraction pattern in the analysis software.

The FRINGE features simple operation and outstanding resolution, making it highly suitable for users in industrial and academic research settings. Its compact, lightweight design and user-friendly layout save valuable bench space and fit conveniently on any laboratory desk. Application Guidelines：

Applications for the 2026 ANTOP Awards have been open since January 1 and are accepted year-round.

The first awarding ceremony of the 2026 ANTOP Awards is scheduled for May, so please submit your applications as soon as possible.

The final awarding ceremony of the 2026 ANTOP Awards for this year is scheduled for November.

Applications submitted after October 20, 2026 will be awarded in 2027 and categorized under the ANTOP 2027 Awards.
